BAC is now 5.36 and approaching the critical $5 level. Sub-$5 stocks are not margin eligible and many funds have policies restricting ownership of sub-$5 stocks as well. So if anyone is a BAC holder, be aware that it could drop like a knife once it breaks through $5.
