A class action lawsuit may be the least of LeClerc's woes. Not only has he put out misleading PRs about the filing, he has whispered more crap to sycophants that he knew would be posted.

Don't ever think the SEC doesn't monitor message boards when dealing with a suspected scam. I once got a call from an SEC investigator that had read hundreds of my posts about a scam. I had lots of information about the company and he wanted to know how solid my info was. He emailed me 27 of my old posts for discussion. I had made them over a period of 2 years. I talked to him and an FBI agent for 5 hours in 3 telephone conversations.

The perp & 2 cohorts have pled guilty to securities fraud and will be sentensed on Jan 6.
