Yes, that's the fact these days and my understanding, too.
My point of view is this:
The two parties are different. The 'Old Directors Team' stands for clarity and doing everydays business just as in the years before. Real estate auction? Yeah, this is their future thinking. Their big bang baby.
On the other hand 'The Rathods and Vince'. They stand for emerging from market, do new things (library-revenues, international business and more). It's Rathods big bang future theory and their winning favourite over years. But needs big bang money and thats the clue: Some people in Valcom didn't want to go the BIG BANG WAY! It's for CASH, it's for NEW BUSINESS, it's for the SHAREHOLDERS. And for a Vince-rental-future, that seems to be the best in his eyes...
Somebody whining: 'Pleaze do us a favor and let us not grow that fast and huge...pleaze...'
