Where's the patent application gone?


"If you look at the filing date on the patent application found here: http://www.energy1corp.com/images/patent.pdf , the filing date for the patent is 3/01/2010. According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office website FAQ, the patent or information on the patent will not be published for 18 months from the initial filing which would be at least next month before the patent or patent application would be accessible from the USPTO website.

Eighteen months is up and more; still no sign of this alleged patent application on the official USPTO website, which is up-to-date as of November 17.

You don't suppose they lied about that too, do you?
