Again 1 & 2 are just your opinions. Now, "my opinion" is that there is nothing wrong with giving some early discounts to workers and/or family of a physician as incentive to run the business. This is commonly done elsewhere - discount for workers at retail stores, restaurants, etc.

On 3, I believe Mr. Pernock meant that there is no long-term treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. The size of the particles in a hyaluronic gel dictates how long it lasts but also where it can be used. The denser stuff like Juvederm can be used for moderately deep wrinkles but not for fine lines. Restylane Fine Lines is a small particle product that could be used for fine lines. But because of the small particle size, the result fades quickly in a few months. So, Mr. Pernock was correct that the field is wide open for a long-lasting treatment like laViv.

4 is again just your opinion.
