How can they be genuinely happy with their progress when, by their own admission, most of the procedures have been freebies rather than from paying customers?

3. “Laviv has no competition for treating fine lines and wrinkles.”

Restylane (among other options) is widely used for treating fine lines and wrinkles.

4. “We’re in active discussions with the FDA on a phase-3 clinical trial for acne scars.”

If this were true, Pernock would be able to give an approximate date when FCSC will submit a proposed protocol for the phase-3 acne trial. That he can’t even do that implies that such an event is far off in the future and FCSC is, at best, speaking with the FDA on a sporadic basis.

All told, today’s CC what about what I expected. It was about 15% information and 85% hot air.
