This is that once in a blue moon time where I am actually optimistic about this possible settlement that may be happening behind the scenes.Yes, it is possible we could lose in an IT trial but you have to think about what it would mean for the other party that commited the crime. It could possibly mean prison time. Are THEY willing to RISK that in a trial. This is how sometimes things spiral out of control for those that think they can't be caught or do time and before they know it they are behind bars wondering what in the world happened. I don't think the SNH's are going to risk that. I think we may see a better settlement than anyone here is anticipating. GLTA
