One thing that is positive for MVTG is that they filed their 10Q. If they would have failed to file that would have been a big red flag.

Mantra is in serious need of money and Larry needs to secure a partnership with deep pockets who believes in the technology. Without a serious partnership, Mantra will most likely not survive to see the the end of 2012.

The lack of volume and no buyers at 3 1/2 cents doesn't paint a pretty picture. I personally, would like to see Larry humble himself and contact Korea and/or 3M and see if they are still interested in working out a partnership.
