I caught something. I use AVG Free and it did not stop the thing. Ran Malwarebytes and it did something, but the machine is still slow using any browser and I cannot use Google at all.

Suggestions please. I have uninstalled Firefox and not re-installed it yet. Using Opera now but as I said all browsers are slow.
