end2war, the effort would eventually force Fayiz to produce a Form 10 with 100% of the information required by such a document. They could not stiff arm the SEC like they did me. We would not only have the Form 10, which is a document that can actually total 200 pages or more, but also the 3 years of audited returns, full disclosure about DT and HTI. Full disclosure about the share structure, revenues, profits, liabilities, assets, and much more. Nothing could be held back. AND they would have to file quarterly and annual reports as well. In short they would be required to be a fully reporting company.
