Sparks you need to get all facts right bro.

Yep they exchange their stock for preferred shares. Now the reality, so pay attention. They had enough common stock to control the company. It was free tradin and they could sell anytime. Turn shares to dollars. Instead they canceled all of their free trading shares for NON TRADABLE preferred shares that continued to provided them with the same control they had but would never be traded (dumped) like other pink sheet directors do. So they'd never affect shareholders by tradin their own shares. At the completion of the deal they still had control but had no shares to trade and enrich themselves. Understand that Sparks? Wanna debate that a bit more bro? Do your DD and make those calls. then c ome back and post what ya find. These are the same dudes that would have helped HLNT. Problem is HLNT who talked with ECMH about and development deal is just the opposite when it comes to shares. Do that DD to pal, I have. Their preferred shares convert to tradeable common at a rate of 1 preferred for 10 common which are tradeable at the expense of shareholders. They created 100 million of those preferred shares and have delt out virtually all of them. Guess what Sparks? Unlike ECMH they also created a class of preferred shares that are control shares. The difference is that HLNT issues themselves trading shares and control shares. Wanna compare apples ta apples bro with ECMH and the usual sham tactics used on the pinks? Well we just did. If you're up to it, try ta show where I'm wrong with either company.
