Well there u have it more than 500 shareholders if u can believe that. Now where does that leave us with the 15-12g filing if it is suposed to reflect less than 300 s/o. Getting the cert should not t-off FH if the 500 is true and getting cert can do no harm wheather there is 500 or less than 300, FH can only be pissed if we were able to make him do somthing he realy did not want to do maybe cost him some money......but he is costing me money also if he is less than HONEST with his S/Os, If we where to make him do the right/honest thing that is nothing to get ticked about.
