Well I guess the next question would be why is the O/S 1.624? That is above the last A/S of 1.4 bill plus Matt has stated that he would tap into the shares to fund Baron but hopefully not the whole 2.4.

I think that is why he said it would go back down to 1.7 cause it is already close to that. He should have all the funds in place now to bring Baron to reality especially the TA.
