We were (and are) testing with the UBCT. If you have watched the news in the last couple of months, this place has gone from a place that was "difficult" to @#$%ing impossible to do business with on the political front. We're still doing our thing. And they still want what we have. We make the air clean, not bombs. But its just not that easy. Its not dead. Its not on hold. Its just quiet. --> Middle East. Figure it out.
