KMAG has over 537M share float and 434M more shares to convert. KMAG has not been current to the SEC since 2008.

KMAG has no market maker, has no real revs, since the 10Q fails to mention the obvious, Administrative and officer pay,inventory etc.etc.etc.

With all debt added in I do believe that KMAG would have an accumulated deficit in the millions

Risking it all to obtain the reward, necessitates the motivation to succeed.
