SG doesn't make it's normal monies representing bankruptcy cases.

They are an "outsider" - ultimately taking on the case -- because many of our prior counsel either walked off or were conflicted out.

We literally ended up with SG because all the 'big boy' bankruptcy firms didn't want the tarnish.

SG should be commended for taking it on, tarnish or not.

Of course, my personal level of commendation will depend on what happens :)
