You are missing the mark here. The sale of shares is accounted for in the spend for the last Q.

There has been major work at the site as all have seen.

I was dreading the cost. IMO, as I clearly stated, I was thinking 4+ million was a real number for all that had been done. It was nearly 1/2 that - a shock to me!

Thus I am buying more today and also the declining spend number will only go down more next Q due to sales of end product. IMO the corner is turned and the slow rise is now up. (may be small quick jumps up with SFMI!)
