Reforms 'Mining Code' are outside of special sessions

LA MESA, Veraguas .- The deputy chairman of the National Assembly, Hector Aparicio, said that in the upcoming special session convened by the Executive not discuss the issue of reforms to the Code of Mineral Resources as announced.
