The o/s have NOT gone up significantly from the last Q especially considering the fact they have built another Rome in Murphy Idaho. Now with the significant flow of shipments to the refinery you'll see the buyback help lower the o/s. Also keep in mind another reason they went up was David B. dumped 5.5 shares.
