I think the shareholder vote showed that $3.125 was not enough to get control of teh 51% of shares.

An offer of $3.125 or higher would mop up a nice initial % of the shares. They could then increase teh offer to knock out the rest of the shares.


I would guess the silence and negotiations are down solely to price. We will have to wait for teh PR.
