Well - $3.125 would mop up all the short term trader shares and some of the larger share groups. Would give them a high %.

Once they have a decent %, they could then increase the offer to buy out the big share groups. I suspect the larger share groups must have a buy out price which is what is being negotiated at present.

I'm sure a new offer at $5.00 would go down very well - even with some of the larger shareholders.
