Thanks much for the explanation. It's these little tricks, I will call them, that can make a difference long term. If you sell 1M at the ASK of .0018, won't you have to wait until someone buys to set the BID at .0018? I thought MM's only buy at the BID....i.e.-When someone buys at .0018 and the MM's jump the ASK to .0019 they then reset the BID to .0018 and would thereby buy your 1M shares at the reset BID. So, in effect, you are selling at the NEW BID......Is that not true?
