I for one would be quite4 pleased to see Nok lose all of their market share effective 1/1/2007. Why because they are now obligated to pay thru 2006. So if they don't want to license it would be very nice to see someone else eat their breakfast, lunch and dinner.

After all they became number one on the block using the patents that they licensed from IDCC.

Either they play fair or let one of the paying licensee's come on down for Nokia's meals. Imagine J.O. explaining to his BOD and country men that a revolt against their products was started on this board. And that the winners of their market share were the companies licensed and paying IDCC. Wish thinking yes, but not beyond probability.
