IMO - We haven't seen anything yet in regards to PPS reduction. When the few sellers get impatient and start dumping a million shares at a clip into the bid, we need to have people ready to absorb these shares. Otherwise, a PPS into the .000's will scare more people into selling and we will go to the moon... but that will be because our significant others are deporting us there.
