One thing I keep going over and never can seem to understand, why does TOFS need the money to help the other ticker?

My understanding was TOFS made $200,000 off the sale of it's share back to the other ticker. Follow me here, so IF the sale never occurred, does that mean the 10Q was falsified?

I trust your honest opinion, what do you think Pharo?
