Your comment was in reply to the concern with off shore hedge funds laundering money with nss. Does not nss stand for naked short squeze? So by my understanding the scammers using an off shore account has no relevance. I mean why would it when the content is is based off of nss. To have a nss you have to have a bunch of shorts and you just stated there are no shorts? So please explain how off shore accounts have relevance with WDRP.
