The symbol appear on my account positions is NEGSYZ, can not sell NEGSYZ, it shall be NEGSD

DTC is still working to make the new security eligible and does not have an allocation date.


Anyone can explain what is DTC eligible ? and why takes 8 business day still not DTC eligible ?
