Well it is dilution. Look at the last PR. the A/S was 1.4 billion. He was going to raise it another 1 billion but then decided to reduce it back to 1.7 billion.

So instead of raising the A/S to 2.4 billion he only did it to 1.7 billion


That is 300 million increase and that is what you have seen the last few days.

Time to buy IMO
