I did mention that those that got them off the company
are most likely letting them loose to take a profit.

They are professional traders and know how to make a buck.

I don't know Mark personally and wouldn't bet the farm
on his word but I have been privy to how many of these
types of deals play out and it's very similar to what
I've seen in the past.

Once the deal is made Mark has no control over how the
investors sell the shares, usually there is a time limit
of a few months to as much as years until they can be
sold..
Every deal is different!!!!
