Now that I've read through the posts I can answer my own question. It does appear there may be some "F" it selling pressure tomorrow.

If I hand deliver a certified check tomorrow to Scottrade can I buy immediately or do I still have to wait 3 days?

Looking at the pic of the half-trac tractor. What can you tractor guys tell me about that? Is there an advantage and a market for such a beast here in the US. Mark seems to prefer products that have an edge in the marketplace.
