The Company has recently altered its business strategy to include gold and silver mining, providing financing for gold and silver mining projects, and precious metals processing and refining.

GEAR has released a number of PR’s recently.

On September 20th they announced that their Board of Directors had approved a change in the Company's business model to include gold and silver mining, joint participation in gold and silver mining ventures, providing financing for gold and silver mining projects, as well as processing and refining precious metals.
On September 27th they announced an exclusive licensing agreement with EnviroXtract, Inc for Gold and Silver Extraction and Refining Technology.
On September 29th they signed a joint venture agreement with Mission Holdings, LLC to place the silver cord mine into production
On October 3rd they announced that they had cancelled over 1B common shares and proposed a name change to Gear International, Inc

As you can clearly see, GEAR is serious about their business. They haven’t wasted any time jumping into the gold and silver industry.
