I am interested in his experience on EC's.. If he wants to come on here and start talking about his experience, then I want to hear more about it. I underatand he cannot reveal what BK's, because his identity could eventually be revealed. I want to know more about how he feels Willingham is doing on this case?

The EC is trying to get the NOL's and New Co control that is all they want. The Preferreds want cash! We need exit financing and there really is still the possibilty of a "stalking horse" coming in and changing the dynamics of our BK.
