Can't it be possible that even if an agreement is approved, there could still be a petition or halt of some type, whether from "The People" or from the Govt.? I am definitely not an expert, just thinking that if we get screwed on an initial agreement, I might still hold or get out then back in. Honestly, I have my remaining investments from pennies here and it isn't much, so I will go down with the ship on this one if there is even the slightest chance of getting something.
