FDIC is not wanting to be bound by the GSA anymore because they want to just directly negotiate with equity and they can not do so if they stay with the GSA. THJMW knew what this meant when Rosen said it.. I wonder if she had a smile on her face at the time..

As per the terms of the GSA, the FDIC/JPMC can only talk to debtors, not EC. Break the GSA and the door opens..Then FDIC leverages JPM into whatever they want JPM to do and boom we are done..
