Jim .. Am I reading that right .. he published this report this morning BEFORE the CC?? Pretty risky and he may have paid the price. The key point this morning IMO is that the difference between the estimated award and the actual one can be explained entirely by NOK's higher volume discount based on higher than expected sales volume. Where I come from that is called a "high class problem." If he doesn't want to go out on a speculative limb that is fine, but he damn well needs to give his clients an ACCURATE reporting of what has happened so that they may do so if they choose.
