Finally Got a chance to look things up.
It's apparent Mark can't keep his hands out the cookie jar. still no explanations?????

Hell, even if it's all for the good of the company, 3.5 billion shares won't allow much room for growth.

only two things can happen now!

1- Reverse split
2- buy back those shares he dumped.
