Hey Wolf and pharaoh,

Guys you know I have the utmost respect for both of you and I value your opinions. That being said I will have to disagree with a lot of the things you both have said. There was a vote to increase the A/S by the ones who have the most to lose if this company doesn't work out. Whether or not it was the right decision is yet to be seen. It is my firm belief that the end justifies the means on this one. Sometimes an opportunity comes by and it has to be acted on quickly and I can only hope the right decision was made. I can't speak on Matt's personal character because I have not known him long enough. I can say I supported this decision 100%. I believe it would have been better to inform the general share holders of the vote before the change was made. But, honestly I can see why he did not. We can say people would have reacted different if he had, but we know that is not true. Look at all the mayhem that has transpired. That being said, he is on a tight leash with myself and other large investors, and he is being held to a strict timeline. As long as things go as planned and at the end of the year the SS is where he said it would be everything will be fine. Down here in pinky land peoples reactions will be the worst because of the stigma that comes with being a sub penny company. His goal is to start a real legitimate business. I don't see a lot of those shares hitting the market. Preferred shares with restrictions will be issued to the firm as part of the deal. In the end we will still have the same SS we where supposed to have by the end of the year. If this doesn't happen I will sell my commons and still make a nominal profit. 99% of the shareholders will be able to do the same. I think it is way too early for people to jump ship and write this off, there is just too much potential here. In the meantime give him a chance. He has not let us down yet. He has till the end of the year to get the SS down, until then he has not lied. It isn't his responsibility to tell everyone his reasons for every decision that is made. I think people have been spoiled by his willingness to communicate with shareholders. In the end all he has to do is keep his promises, which he has so far. Thanks for listening guys. You are both great investors, don't let emotions get to you. I know its hard, but give it a chance. We should be very happy when fourth quarter numbers come out.
