Joe, Did you get a peek at AMD earnings (from Otellini's notes), if you are so confident that AMD earnings are going to disappoint? And, if AMD does not disappoint, would you then consider AMD charges to no longer be "hyped up nonsense" if poor earnings confirm it is?

I'm not going to look at the earnings or AMD's spin on the results, since they will do whatever it takes to deny that the lawsuit is just a cover-up for lackluster results. Instead, I'll be basing my conclusion on how much AMD bases their future on their own merits vs. the lawsuit and "big bad" Intel.

If AMD is awarded damages and they equate or exceed past earnings misses of AMD, will you then consider AMD squeeky clean?

You know just as well as I do that the courts can pretty much decide anything these days. After all, they did award a woman a large sum of money because she forgot that coffee is supposed to be served hot. Plus, the Supreme Court decided that if Wal-mart came by and wanted to buy up your property, the government can seize it and call it "eminent domain."

You tell me if the court is the final arbiter of what is right and wrong in this post-modern society of ours. While you're at it, you might also consider how AMD is going to act like a wounded victim if their business really is as strong as they (and you AMDroids) claim.
