oil it has to be good..there's no other way it can go .we are only here in mediation to get a settlement to all classes..hence the term global settlement ...if the mediator comes back and says no chance of a settlement ,this just means the parties can't work out a deal and then we have to move to the next step ,either a trial which they don't wont or a trustee also they don't want ..remember wally's words ,she said i can't approve this confirmation/por cause there are too many issues ...that will just not go away cause a mediator says no settlement
