Yes, the most vitriolic of the posters, fairly screamed there was no proof the CEO was increasing the dilution, but now we know, it's not necessary to even question that statement about dilution.

The CEO is giving the orders to use it, and use it up as soon as possible, further weakening the pps, and making each retail stock purchase all the more dear to the unsuspecting investors that again just put too much faith into another scam story.

After all, he can always print more, or re-incorporate into Nevada, or both.
