He did not. Management needed to fabricate an issue and this was it. Sir H said that he tired to mediate this issue and management told him to stay out of it. I offered to do the same directly to Ms Pierce but she would not even discuss it. Dave had always offered to allow access to the documents. He offered to release them to the company attorney if the attorney would guarantee their safety (which, strangely enough, he would not; Wonder why that was). Dave simply would not send the only copy to a management team that had abandoned them once. That was his duty.

Management did not want this issue solved because they needed something to hang their California action on. So they spread the word to the faithful to beat this issue to death on IHub and then followed with the court action in California a little over 24 hours before the forum where they had hoped to announce that the court had decided that Dave's actions warranted the appointment of a new board member who was already in their pocket.

I am normally not a conspiracy theorist but this one is so clear you would have to be blind to miss it.

This issue was solved in minutes after the forum by the shareholders, I am sure much to the chagrin of management.

I am waiting for managements next salvo which I am sure will be preceded by another round of attacks on Dave by managements minions on Ihub.
