Exactly, so why did Dave keep the financials away from everyone. He says it was so he could go over the records. HMMMMM maybe there was something he didn't want found or maybe not but he did keep the records from the rest of the BOD. In my opinion that alone should mean immediate removal from the BOD Some say Turrini and Kyle and a few others are perpetrating a fraud or criminal act however you want to look at it. That could be true but no evidence but people still believe it true. Then you have Dave and all the evidence and those same people can't see the wrong in what he did. HMMMMM makes you ask yourself !!!!!!!!!!
