How exactly did Mark F UP? Because he sold shares to raise capital and grow his company? Isn't that the very reason companies go public?
Also, you have no idea why the O/S was increased from 1.6B to 3.2B. For all we know, Mark could have given YTO 1B shares for exclusive US distribution rights, a line of credit, funding for its financing arm, or whatever else to grow the company... Oh wait, none of that can be verified so it's all speculation, right? Oh wait, nothing you say can be verified either!

Lastly, we have NO idea why TDA locked the stock and we probably never will. How can you blame Mark for the TDA issue when you have absolutely NO idea why TDA locked it?
