OT: This is my take on mickey. Whatever it is worth.
He was the one who broke the news before coming into public.
1. Patent revalidated by USPO a few year back (1999?)
2. Jury verdict in Harris/Ericy
3. NEC payment early this year.
may be more that I could not recall.
So do not discount mickey word yet. I give it 50% chance (even it sound like broken record on settlement).
I would take another 1000 shares this week if we close under $15. They would PUT me for it.
