Still learning ? Don't know what I meant by the question? Well watch MILV's PPS for the next week. It will drift down. The MM's are running the show here and they will unload but in a way that nets them the most till RETAIL INVESTERS wake up and try and get out. Odds are against anyone buying today of getting out with a profit EVER.
