Realistically, IDCC is NOT truly conducting business as usual. For fear of licensing at a less than desireable percentage that would be frowned upon by potential acquirers, IDCC is just sitting in a holding pattern. YES, IDCC can continue to invent, and work on new patent ideas but essentially that is it. Moving forward is greatly handicapped at this point so the quest for a Strategic Alternative or Sale of the Company will have to find a resolution soon. IDCC needs to continue to build revenue streams and while this on-going process continues, the company is hurting itself. My belief is they have to complete a deal and there very well may be no turning back at this point.
