..good way to start the weekend!

Paid for th' coffee and maybe a cheeseburger.

But I'm a diabetic and don't do that hardly ever. Actually I've done the work (LOTS of it) about nutrition and so my numbers now are such that a fresh evaluation would not result in that diagnosis. Feel great. Ride th' street bike every day. But no way I'm trying to keep up with Newly.
