And now, the rest of the story . . .

There's a reason why Brian RosenRAT told JMW that they intended to prove up the First Confirmation attempt (December 2010), WITHOUT waiving attorney-client privilege, and by pretending that Special K and the rest of the crew at A&M were able to negotiate through a super complex multi-billion dollar bankruptcy restructuring WITHOUT seeking ANY input/advice from WGM. JMW even wondered aloud how he intended to prove up his hearing WITHOUT going into how it was that the Debtors figured out value of assets, litigation potential, etc., WITHOUT advice from their attorneys.

The reason, of course, as it turned out was so that their schemes, tricks, scams, deceit and shenanigans would not come to light.

And of course, the RAT never imagined that this case would have dragged on this long, and that things would have spun so out of control.  Never in a million years would he have thought that not only would this case be going on through at least 2012, and that the INSIDER TRADING from the SETTLEMENT Note Holders would serve as the lynch-pin to the unraveling of this case.

And that, but for the greed on the part of all of these THIEVES, they could have settled the whole thing for peanuts.  But their hubris, their arrogance, their audacity, and their utter contempt towards Equity completely blinded them into thinkng that they could completely RAPE the REAL owners of this company, and that allowing Equity to keep even a tiny sliver of what they're entitled to would have prevented these THIEVES from pulling a K-MART (Part Deuex), on a scale/magnitude that would make the Original K-MART HEIST look like Amateur Hour.

May these "gentlemen" get what they truly deserve.

At least now, you know the rest of the story.
