If MSE found it and quarantined it delete everything that it found. Then reboot and run a full MSE scan again. It might not be a bad idea to run the scan in safe mode but if MSE has already found the flea that might not be necessary. I would also run the quick scan and the full scan, rebooting after each scan.

If you have Malwarebytes it would also be a very good idea to run that as well following the same steps. If you don't have Malwarebytes here is a link to download it. It's a free download and it is an awesome program!!
