First of all, that sentence makes no sense. What does "reverse split of 200,000,000 shares " mean?
A 1 for 300 R/S of 5 billion shares A/S would result in a post A/S total 17.6 million shares of common stock. They will have a post R/S O/S of 13.6 million shares. I'll admit they need some cushion in the A/S to O/S totals. But they elected to explode the A/S by a factor of 12. From 17.6 million to 200 million.
You may think that is perfectly normal, but I think pink investors will sview it with suspition and see it as huge potential for massive dilution. Keep in mind that the O/S went from 75 million in 2007 to 4.1 billion.
I looked at your posting history and see we do have something in common. In your first post on this board you called Dr Bill "skum" Here, here!
